Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClipboardV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

License

OnePunch Studios Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClipboardV for personal or commercial use on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to redistribute, resell, or create derivative works based on ClipboardV.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClipboardV only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the app to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful code using the application

Disclaimer of Warranties

ClipboardV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePunch Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of ClipboardV.

Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you store in ClipboardV. We recommend backing up important data and being cautious about sensitive information stored in your clipboard history. You acknowledge that clipboard data is stored locally on your device and you are responsible for protecting access to your device.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ClipboardV at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ClipboardV, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by OnePunch Studios Inc. The ClipboardV name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks of OnePunch Studios Inc.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling ClipboardV from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the application if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnePunch Studios Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
